Join us for a personalised and guided journey from olives to grapes. Learn all about the history of olive oil through an informative tour with a local expert, the difference between virgin and extra virgin oils and how they are made, before getting to taste the finished products. You will also visit one of the best wineries in the Serrania de Ronda where you get to taste their wines with selected tapas from the Ronda region, and experience a guided tour with the owners. Before our wine tasting we visit the ancient ruins of Acinipo for a walking tour and you can learn about the history behind this. At the end of the day you are transported back to Ronda by airconditioned vehicle.
Duration 5 hours / includes wine tasting and winery visit with tapas, olive oil tasting, personalised guided tours at both places by local experts, free time to explore the 3000 year old ancient city of Acinipo and return transfers from Ronda. Please note – no cycling is involved on this trip.
